TfN Board

Role

Our Board is the main decision‑making body and is accountable for the organisation.

It brings together the North’s 11 combined authorities to agree pan‑northern transport priorities, approve key plans (including the Strategic Transport Plan and annual Business Plan) and provide statutory advice to government.

Its aim is to unlock sustainable economic growth across the North.
