Transport for the North (TfN) have worked with practitioners in partner organisations to coordinate this Northern level response to the DfT’s consultation. We have also consulted the Northern academic community and the transport consultancy supply chain in preparing this response, although it should not be interpreted as representing their views.
A technical report produced by KPMG to support Transport for the North’s Funding Framework development. The analysis explored the principles which underpin a deliverable and appropriate funding arrangement, potential funding sources, and the structures to enable the funding to be directed to Transport for the North.
