Transport for the North’s (TfN’s) Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment aims to improve understanding of how risks such as extreme temperatures, flooding and ground instability could affect the North’s heavy rail and major road transport infrastructure. TfN worked with specialist consultancy Accelar, to assess and map levels of vulnerability across the North.
